Because Nine Blessings Hermitage is truly nonsectarian and non denominational a student can anticipate that their experience with Christ Consciousness energy will be a truly personal one. The development of a spiritual discipline will depend on the student’s efforts infused with this grace and not on dogma, doctrine, ritual or ceremony.

Nine Blessing Hermitage’s programs provide spiritual study in an atmosphere that is particularly conducive to a deeply transformative experience of Christ Consciousness energy. Some of the ways we do this is by: maintaining small class size; structured and systematic focus on human limits, suffering (the principle of going through) and developing spiritual discipline (a way of life); study of Christ Consciousness energy not only from Judeo/Christian sources, but also from ancient Wisdom Tradition, Buddhist tradition and Taoist tradition and; a commitment to teaching each person rather than a class. Nine Blessings Hermitage Spiritual Study Programs are more likely to equip a student with a life long perspective on: the power of grace, the need to fulfill soul/essence in all aspects of living and the ability to go through an authentic way of life rather than following some prescribed formula for material or spiritual success, self imposed or otherwise.

Nine Blessings Hermitage is all about embracing the essential grace of human limitation, which gives us our personal dignity and appropriate personal difference. This is essential to an understanding of what suffering really, humanly, is and the need for every person to choose a discipline (way of life) that is harmonious with suffering. Nine Blessings Hermitage’s programs seek to introduce, especially to those who have been disillusioned or disappointed by institutional religion, the essential value of knowing oneself, first, as an essence incarnate in the human condition, and second, that each incarnation is unique and unrepeatable, which necessitates suffering in order to authentically fulfill life for the sake of the essence’s evolution in unconditional love.

Culture, Society, Science, Mythology and Religion all agree on the cyclical nature of existence, both in the natural world and the spirit world. Therefore, no true spiritual development can take place without a passage through some cycle. The generally recognized minimum cycle for most processes is considered to be one year. Within that year a person’s unique cyclical process potentially emerges, much as one passes through the stages of grief from denial to surrender. Depending on how rigorously the student applies him/her self, the cyclical nature of that person’s spiritual progress will reveal itself. Without a cycle, only superficial, intellectual study can take place. Nothing of a personal nature can truly be anticipated.

Because all Nine Blessings Hermitage programs limit class size, applications for enrollment are accepted only two times per year: Applications close October 1st, for January attendance, and close April 1st for July attendance. Request an Enrollment package on our website: www.nineblessingshermitage.com. Once your completed Enrollment package is received a pre-acceptance interview is scheduled at the Hermitage. Tuition is paid in installments of 25% at acceptance, 25% upon commencement of study and 50% upon six months attendance. Students who leave the program before the one year commitment is complete forfeit all tuitions paid.

Every student who diligently applies him/her self during the on campus days and especially to the homework and exercises will derive a great deal of personal perspective, knowledge and understanding of their own need for spiritualization and just what that personal need is. Because that perception, knowledge and understanding is acquired from experience, investigation and personal verification, it is of the highest order of benefit, something not easily forgotten or trivialized.
